Northbound I-49 traffic disrupted by overturned concrete truck
BENTONVILLE, Ark. — A rollover concrete truck on Interstate 49 in Bentonville stalled northbound traffic at around 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 23, according to the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT).
