Two arrested following fatal shootings in southwest Oklahoma City

Two people, including a teenage girl, have been arrested after a fatal shooting Tuesday in southwest Oklahoma City. Police said just after 2 p.m., the victim, Jasmin Chavez, 24, was in her vehicle when she stopped to talk with several people in the 1300 block of SW 38.
