Sam’s Club is investigating what it calls a “disturbing allegation” at its Roanoke store. A couple told 10 News Nazi symbols were scrawled on lug nuts while their tires were being rotated.

Shannon Everett Cox, 21, of Salem was arrested Tuesday and charged with one misdemeanor count of property damage.
