Tauqullia King, 39, a detention officer with the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office, was charged with driving while impaired and possession of an open container, according to court records.

With Buncombe County on the list, Sheriff Quentin Miller is challenging the designation, calling it “inaccurate and based on misleading information” in a letter sent May 30 to Tillis.
