The Washington Commanders (11-5) will try to clinch the No. 6 seed in the NFC when they wrap up the regular season with a road game against the Dallas Cowboys (7-9) on Sunday afternoon. Washington is riding a four-game winning streak and is coming off an overtime win against Atlanta last week.

The Dallas Cowboys finished an underwhelming 2024 season on Sunday at AT&T Stadium with a 23-19 loss to the Washington Commanders. Despite leading late into the game, a fourth-quarter drive by Washington’s backup quarterback Marcus Mariota that resulted in a go-ahead touchdown gave Dallas its 10th loss on the year.

Two hated rivals meet with one team having nothing to play for, while the other looks to better its matchup in the playoffs as the Dallas Cowboys host the Washington Commanders. The Commanders have already punched their ticket to the playoffs for the first time since 2020,
