Christian Horner's bombshell Red Bull exit announcement sent a shockwave through the world of Formula One. However, many fans have expressed concern that this could be a sign of another high-profile departure: Max Verstappen.

Prior to Wednesday, Horner had served as the only team principal Red Bull had ever had since it joined the grid in 2005, earning 124 victories, 107 pole positions, 287 podiums, eight drivers' world championships and six constructors' championships. Horner will be replaced by Laurent Mekies as CEO and team principal.

Max Verstappen has clearly indicated to Red Bull that he remains committed to the team despite the fallout following Christian Horner ’s departure. On Wednesday, the 51-year-old, who had been at the helm since 2005, was sacked from his role as team principal and CEO with immediate effect.
