Meghan Markle was the subject of a damning Hollywood Reporter exposé earlier this month in which an ex-employee described her as a “dictator in high heels.”

A PR expert told Newsweek that Meghan Markle's staffing crisis could worsen if former employees sue over their alleged treatment.

"My working day may not be your working day. Please do not feel obliged to reply to this email outside your normal working hours," Meghan writes this in her mails. Her staff claimed she is flexible and fair-minded like that.
