As President Donald Trump’s administration prepares to execute his vision of the “largest deportation operation in American history,” federal operations in the country’s largest city could look different than they did in his first administration.

During a town hall in Corona, Queens Wednesday night, Mayor Eric Adams addressed those concerns from community members who are now worried about deportation and ICE arrests in city schools and churches.

Adams was never shy about what he believed in, he just played to the right (wealthy) New Yorkers. He made them fear their city and promised to save them from it during the months they hadn’t escaped to Florida.
