Ohio State star WR Jeremiah Smith said that he "can't wait to put on a show" against Notre Dame in the national championship.

As for the Seahawks quarterback, Smith's three-year, $75 million contract is slated to run through the 2025 season. The Ohio State receiver will not be eligible to enter the NFL draft until 2027. Smith is already generating buzz as a potential top prospect in 2027, but there is still plenty of time before the receiver turns pro.

“He's one of the most talented dudes I've been around … you always want to try to get him the ball,” Ohio State quarterback Will Howard said, per ESPN. “But he can also take out two or three guys at a time [as a decoy], and sometimes that's a good thing.”
