Princess Kate surprised royal fans yesterday as she appeared in a new Kensington Palace video. The short film, taken by Will Warr, showed the Princess of Wales, 43, and her husband Prince William, 42, exploring and appreciating nature as part of a new video series celebrating the four seasons and the importance of the natural world.

Princess of Wales Kate Middleton celebrated spring and humankind’s connection to nature in a poignant video shared Monday to kick off Mental Health Awareness Week in the U.K.

A Kensington Palace spokesperson confirmed it will be one of four videos released to coincide with the seasons, with the first reflecting spring and marking the start of Mental Health Awareness week.
