Magma Group Bhd has completed its RM379.21mil capital reduction exercise to strengthen its balance sheet and enhance financial flexibility for future expansion.

ES Sunlogy Bhd has revealed that its joint development of a 155 megawatt-peak large-scale solar photovoltaic power plant in Long Lama, Baram, Sarawak, will cost RM488.18mil.
