The sibling teams to the Savannah Bananas will play at Salem Memorial Ballpark this Friday and Saturday, where more than 12,500 fans are expected to come out and experience the show that’s a combination of effort from both the Red Sox and the Fans First Entertainment, the organization that owns all the teams that professionally play Banana Ball.

The Red Sox are promoting pitching prospect Cooper Adams from High-A Greenville to Double-A Portland, as was first reported by Andrew Parker of Beyond the Monster.

The game will resume at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, with the Sox leading 2-1. The teams will then play as scheduled on Wednesday night at 7:10 p.m.
