A Henderson County man is behind bars after a Rusk County Sheriff’s office investigation found 50 stolen guns.

The Smith County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Tyler man following an investigation that started after Lindale police seized a package that contained more than 40 pounds of marijuana.

Chrisopher Michael Rockwell, 36, was first arrested in 2023 after a “verbal screaming argument” with several women in an apartment complex parking lot escalated, according to an arrest document.
