Weapons' is a great horror film, and Zach Cregger left a subtle nod to his late collaborator Trevor Moore in the form of a hot dog Easter egg.

The circle/triangle that appears in the "O" in the "Weapons" title card is identical to the Alcoholics Anonymous symbol.
