WNBA star and Randallstown native Angel Reese has teamed up with McDonald’s for the chain’s first-ever national meal collaboration with a female athlete.

While many famous athletes such as Lebron James have endorsed the brand, Former LSU turned Chicago Sky basketball player Angel Reese is the first female athlete to land a national meal collaboration with McDonald's. In McDonald's official press release, Reese says she hopes this collaboration inspires young athletes to keep chasing their dreams.

The announcement of "The Angel Reese Special" meal by McDonald's made headlines as it was the fast-food chain's very first time working with a female athlete on a special meal release.
