SPOKANE, Wash. -- A former Spokane city council member arrested during ICE protests in downtown Spokane has been released. Ben Stuckart was arrested for failing to disperse and held on a $500 bond.
Jail records show he was booked into the jail on a charge of failure to disperse. Chief Hall said more than 30 people were arrested as of 10:00 Wednesday night, most of them on misdemeanor charges.
Stuckart was arrested, along with several protesters. Stuckart was booked into the Spokane County Jail at 8:37 p.m. on a "failure to disperse" charge. He is being held on $500 bail.
