Winds atop Mount Washington gusted more than 130 miles per hour on Valentine's Day. The Mount Washington Observatory said on Friday the average wind speed was just over 83mph with a peak gust of 131 mph from the west. Winds will pick up again with gust in excess of 100 mph likely through Monday and through much of Tuesday, the observatory said.
