Two boys were shot in the area of Hickory Point and Warwick boulevards in Newport News Tuesday evening and have what are believed to be non life-threatening injuries, police said. Newport News Police said they responded to the area of Hickory Point and Warwick Boulevard around 7 p.

A Newport News man was arrested Wednesday after a pursuit in a reportedly stolen vehicle, according to Virginia State Police. Just before 12:30 p.m., police saw a 2020 Ram pick-up truck that had been reported stolen.
