State police said the man was last seen leaving the scene in in a white single-cab pickup truck with a back rack.

The City of Syracuse’s Department of Water has announced lane reductions on Thursday, Jan. 30 for repairs to the water main on the 2200 block of Park Street.

Firefighters were called to the home at 221 Vann St. at around 4:42 p.m., according to Syracuse Fire Chief Michael Monds.
