Once they enter the bottle through the mouth, they'll be unable to escape and will eventually drown in the soapy water below.

When you're finished, place the fly trap where you most often see ... and will eventually die off. Remove the bottle cap and label from a water or soda bottle, preferably one with a narrow opening.
