For the first time in history, the Ice Climbing World Youth Championships will be held in the U.S.Vista Ridge sophomore Shelby Holmes will represent Team USA at this year's Ice Climbing World Youth Championships in Ouray.
Holmes had been competing as an independent at the Ouray Ice Fest amongst other competitions. Her performances put her on Team USA’s radar and eventually they came calling.
