Considering it’s a scrambler, the INT Bear 650 also gets a slightly longer suspension travel with more ground clearance and a higher seat height. Royal Enfield has also fine-tuned the ergonomics. The handlebars sit on risers, and the footpegs are slightly forward-set for a more upright, elbows-up stance compared to the Interceptor 650.

Royal Enfield launched a new scrambler motorcycle in India, the Bear 650, which shares its platform with the Interceptor 650. The Bear 650 is launched at Rs 3.39 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai) and comes with a 648cc parallel-twin petrol engine.

The new Royal Enfield Bear 650 is based on Interceptor 650 which means it uses the same chassis setup. However, it gets different suspension and wheel sizes. The Bear has updated its wheel configuration from an 18-inch front and rear setup to a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear,
