Plane packed with narcotics makes emergency landing on highway, California police say
Two people were arrested after a plane carrying a “large” amount of drugs made an emergency landing on a highway, California police say. The plane landed on State Route 76 shortly before 2 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, the Oceanside Police Department said in a news release.
