Chelsea are set to miss out on deal for Bournemouth defender Dean Huijsen. According to reports, Real Madrid are confident of beating the Blues to the signing of the 20-year-old whose contract with the Cherries contains a £50m release clause.

There’s of course already no shortage of random speculation about what teams may or may not do, but for Chelsea, the two main rumors so far have been about a striker, specifically Liam Delap, and about a center back, specifically Dean Huijsen.
