Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort offered striking Local 5 UNITE HERE hotel employees up to $10 per hour in wage increases over four years in a new contract that workers ratified Monday to end a 40-day strike.

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Over 1,800 Hilton Hawaiian Hotel workers are expected to return to work tomorrow at 4 a.m. after they voted to end their strike on Nov. 4. Workers at the hotel voted to ratify their new contract on ending a 40-day strike that began on Sept. 24.

HONOLULU (Island News) -- Hilton Hawaiian Village workers voted to ratify a new contract and will return to work tomorrow. The new contract that was approved on Nov. 4, 2024 ends a 40-day strike that began on Sept. 24. Starting tomorrow at 4 a.m., over 1,800 workers are expected to return to work.
