Fast forward to today, and Love has proved to be up to the task of being a starter, and he's even looked like a potential star at times.

Malik Willis, the 2022 Titans third-round pick whom the Packers acquired from Tennessee before the start of last season, is Green Bay’s No. 2 quarterback, with 2023 fifth-round pick Sean Clifford at No. 3 on the depth chart and undrafted rookie Taylor Elgersma at No. 4.

Love has all the talent, Packers coach Matt LaFleur said, but the QB still needs to do two things to prove himself: stay healthy and win.
