The Cavs -- the Eastern Conference favorites in July (+245 on DraftKings) -- have essentially turned Ty Jerome and Isaac Okoro into Lonzo Ball and Larry Nance Jr. The new players certainly come with more medical risks (though Jerome is no slouch in that department), but they bring decidedly different looks to Cleveland.

NBA offseason is far from over, but much of the big business is already done. The draft, trades and free agency produced an altered landscape that could see marquee teams like the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers in far worse positions than they once were.

The offseason friendlies will take place from July 10-20 at Thomas and Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the campus of UNLV.

The Celtics on Monday also completed the three-team deal in which center Kristaps Porzingis and a 2026 second-round pick were traded to the Hawks in exchange for forward Georges Niang and a 2031 second-round pick.
