Parts of Oklahoma have been blanketed by snow as a winter storm hit the Sooner State on Thursday. As of 10:15 a.m. Thursday, KOCO 5 Meteorologist Joseph Neubauer says there has been some solid snow accumulation so far as the winter storm moves through Oklahoma.
