Authorities said Monday that the five people on board were taken to Lancaster General Hospital. A spokesperson for the hospital said three of the patients were transferred from Lancaster General to the Lehigh Valley Health Network's burn center.

A small plane crashed into the parking lot at a retirement community in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Sunday afternoon, injuring the five people aboard and damaging around a dozen vehicles, according to local authorities.
