Los Angeles police found a couple in an Encino home on Monday with gunshot wounds, before the apparent murder victims were declared dead by fire department paramedics.

The 22-year-old man facing two counts of murder for the shooting deaths of "American Idol" executive Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, in their Encino home made a scheduled court appearance on Thursday,
