East Tennessee K-9 officer found dead after going missing following flood
ERWIN, Tenn. (WVLT) - An East Tennessee police department said one of its K-9 officers was found dead after going missing following historic flooding. The Erwin Police Department said K-9 Scotty went missing from the Bumpass Cove area, which is about four miles west of Erwin, during Friday’s flood.
