Philadelphia transit hits ‘death spiral.’ More cities could follow.

The five people who were killed in a tour bus crash in Pembroke on Friday have been identified by New York State Police.

The bus was travelling back to New York City after visiting Niagara Falls, with 54 people on board, including two bus company employees, police said.
