The Richmond Police Department has identified the man who died after he was shot on West Broad Street Sunday afternoon.

Employee Keila Alfaro put it there after a man was shot and killed outside the store Sunday afternoon. “A life is a life no matter what,” Alfaro said. Around 2:00 p.m., police were called to the 1500 block of West Broad Street for a person shot.
