Carl Douglas McMillon (born October 17, 1966 [1]) is an American businessman, and the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Walmart Inc. [2] He sits on the retailer's board of directors. Having first joined the company as a summer associate in high school, he became the company's fifth CEO in 2014.

John Furner serves as president and chief executive officer of Walmart U.S., where he leads more than 1.5 million associates and is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of Walmart’s 4,700 stores, as well as its website, app and supply chain.
