Furthermore, you included Hunts Point in your listing, which means you are in fact addressing the South Bronx communities as well.

May 29, 2013 · What he said, with the exception of a few areas that have vastly improved since then - the LES and Alphabet City, Hell's Kitchen, West Harlem, Central Harlem south of 125th, also some areas in Brooklyn and many areas of the South Bronx that still have some of the highest crime stats in the city, but have improved tremendously.

It doesn't matter that Far Rockaway may very well be the absolutely worst neighborhood in Queens. Corona is undeniable among the top 5 worst neighborhoods in Queens.
