Dec 13, 2021 · Go to Download driver and firmware for Surface, choose (your Surface model) then click Download. Choose the .msi file closest to your current OS Build and click Next. Dec 23, 2020 · I have no idea what the problem is. I don't know the problem is with my Surface itself or Type Cover. I am currently in Myanmar and I bought my Surface Pro X 4 months ago when I was in US. If I have to send it in to Microsoft Service Store, it will take for like approximately 2 months including shipping and I don't want to do it that way.

When you see the Surface logo, release the volume-up button. The UEFI menu will display within a few seconds. Under Devices, select Type cover and toggle it to off then turn it back on. Then restart your Surface.
