Apr 29, 2012 · This is a Leinad -Cobray-FMJ .45 Long Colt/.410 Derringer. It's 7" in total length, with a 3 3/4" Double Barreled length. She'll also fire a .410 gauge, 3" shotgun round. She's marked as being made by Leinad Inc. in Ducktown, Tennessee. Model DD CAL 45. You'll have to excuse the name but there's loads of history behind this little beast.

Aug 20, 2018 · Seemed awefully mild. Working up my loads I began by duplicating his loads. My chrony had them averaging only 500FPS. I worked my loads up to an average 750FPS with no issues. Much better, felt better, had more bark and authority, and the groups tightened. Then I switched to commercial cast boolits of similar weight, and tried other powders.

In order to determine the year of manufacture, I need to know the markings on the top of the barrel and the serial number found on the bottom of the top strap (cylinder must be removed to see).
