Missing Window Buttons in Illustrator CC 2017 (Close, Max, Min)
Jul 29, 2017 · I can’t figure out where or how to find the windows Close, Minimize and Maximize buttons for illustrator cc 2017. In CS6 they are in the upper right corner but in CC 2017 they are missing. I searched preference but did not find any settings. I tried resetting CC back to preference defaults and it did not help.

Saving Illustrator file as PDF washes out colors and loses outer glow
Nov 11, 2010 · So, I’ve just completed a project made in Illustrator. When I save it as a PDF and open it in Adobe Acrobat Professional and Preview on my Mac, the colors appear to be washed out. The text is no longer a deep black and looks rather gray. Also, the outer glow doesn’t seem to be there anymore.

The only adice I can offer is to in the 3D Effect turn off shading (everything shuodl go much faster), then turn it back on when done. Kotias. November 22, 2005 at 4:12 am.
