Formatting Avery File Folder Labels - Microsoft Community
May 30, 2021 · It says to use Template 5366, which I am doing. I'd like the labels to be in Arial 14 font, bold and centered. I'd like to type my label, then hit Enter and go to the next label. But how to set the paragraph spacing, before and after each entry? I got a template downloaded from Avery, but can't figure out how it is formatted.

Jan 5, 2017 · I am trying to print Avery label 5366 using the template on the Avery site with Microsoft Office 365 Pro Word. The print preview looks fine, but when I print the actual labels, they do not line up properly. Someone in the office suggested changing the top margin to zero. When I did this it was better but still not right.

Feb 13, 2012 · And it's often easiest to go to the Avery site & download the appropriate template. Often the same template is used for different label products, sometimes the template isn't made available until after the software is released, & some templates just aren't used commonly enough to warrant including them. I'm sure there are other reasons as well.

Jun 30, 2016 · In Word, click on the Mailings tab, then on Labels. Click on the Options button. Change the Label vendors dropdown to Avery US Letter. Scroll down the Product number list about 3/4 down to find 5766 Filing Labels. Click on OK to close that panel. Click on the New Document button to create a new page formatted with a table to match those labels.
