Aug 11, 2017 · That sounds like a pretty good deal, for a wireless and instant combo. I paid about $44 shipped for my TP-20 (dual-probe wireless) on eBay. I do like having the two probes, one for meat, the other for the smoker's temp. I also have an instant digital from another brand, it's a great tool to have available.

Oct 18, 2013 · Thermapen, iGrill, and Maverick seem to be the most popular. Thermapen has a Bluetooth thermometer but is pro grade and the price point shows it. iGrill is bluetooth so you need a device to recieve the data and Mav is a radio receiver/xmitter which are both consumer grade so are both more reasonably priced.

Interesting thing is the case is also the repeater for the bluetooth. According to the directions it’s got to be 15m or closer to the probe.
