Apr 27, 2022 · Card(s) were fine, bank authorized, and Sony denied every single time. When I was finally able to chat with PS Direct support (which is a whole ordeal to even find a contact option) they escalated my case and I got an email a day later saying they were sorry and to try again when more stock became available.

You do NOT have to purchase the item for it to save the details — you just have to get to the part to save your card details and then exit before accepting! Reply.

May 15, 2024 · On. I listen to very different music genres and don't like to dial in the EQ, so I just leave it on direct output. The dynamic enhancer or 'warm vinyl sound" don't sound better to me. I turn all that stuff off and install the wavelet app and tune and EQ my sound. Off, dynamic normaliser is too good to sacrifice.

The link takes you to an FAQ page that doesn't actually have access to any support specialists, which they then turn off the live chat the second you click the link.

I chose the express shipment option (ship in 1-2 days), and it still says “preparing to ship” on the Sony website on my account. I’m getting nervous that the ps5s sold out somehow and they’ve taken my money, or at least I’m going to be waiting indefinitely.

I think the Sony Direct is literally an absolute gamble. I have a higher trophy score than almost everyone on my friends list, and have spent too much money on PSN, and still haven’t been selected in any of the raffles. A friend got selected twice and missed the login time both times. And Sony says they pick people based on PlayStation interests.

Sony is a pretty unknown company sounds like a big risk. Yes ps direct is legit. They are the direct offical playstion online store. My dualsense charging dock came from them. If you can get to a ps5 order it. Playstation direct is real but Sony Playstation direct is fake selling ps5.

First, you clean your screen. You gotta buy something I think. I clicked under Account->Profile->Edit this takes you to another Sony website. In this other website you can then enter a payment method, I added PayPal.
