Manischewitz’s Best-Ever Potato Kugel INGREDIENTS 8 medium yukon gold potatoes, peeled 1 onion chopped fine or shredded 1 tsp minced garlic 4 eggs 1 tbsp Manischewitz whole wheat matzo meal ¾ cup vegetable oil 1 tsp salt pepper to taste DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350℉ degrees. Combine all ingredients except potatoes. Peel and grate potatoes and squeeze out excess liquid before adding to mixture. Pour into 7” X 10” dish and bake for 90 minutes. Enjoy! | Manischewitz
