Woodcats International Limited has announced a combined initial public offering (IPO) and offer for sale, marking the first Jamaica Stock Exchange Junior Market offer of 2026. Woodcats, founded in 1999 and acquired by Derrimon Trading Company Limited in 2018, operates from two Kingston locations on Marcus Garvey Drive and Slipe Pen Road.
