Robert Burns Supper at the Depot Our ESOL Conversation Group had a fantastic festive afternoon! We kicked things off by addressing the haggis and saying the Selkirk Grace, then dug into tatties, pepper sauce and (of course!) Irn-Bru 😄. We shared poems by Robert Burns and from our own countries, in Scots and in our first languages. There was singing, dancing (thanks to Cathy for the brilliant masterclass), and even some poem-writing fun — huge thanks to Georgie! It was almost Burns-worthy 😉. A

Our children explored the meaning of the Constitution of India, learned why our rights and duties matter and expressed their love for the nation in the most beautiful ways.
