This clip is from 1932. Mickey Mouse kneels by his bed… and prays. No controversy. No disclaimers. No apology. Just simple, sincere faith — in a children’s cartoon. There was a time when belief in God wasn’t hidden, wasn’t mocked, and wasn’t softened to avoid offense. Even our cartoons understood reverence. Somewhere along the way, faith became something we were told to keep private — while everything else was allowed to be loud. But Scripture tells us to be unashamed of the Gospel. If cartoons

✨ Let’s Bring Back Values That Matter ✨ Did you know? In a 1932 Mickey Mouse episode, there’s a touching scene where Mickey bows his head in prayer. It’s a simple, beautiful reminder of humility, gratitude, and faith — values that once shone through even in children’s cartoons. Maybe it’s time we bring moments like this back for today’s generation — not to preach, but to inspire kindness, hope, and thankfulness again. 🎬 Old animation, timeless lessons. 💬 What classic cartoon moments do you wis

➡️ 93 years ago on this date (August 13, 1932), “Mickey’s Nightmare” was released. Voiced by Walt Disney himself, this cartoon short follows Mickey as he says his bedtime prayers, climbs into bed, and drifts off to sleep. 🙏 💤 Pluto’s lick on his face sparks a wild dream: Mickey envisions Minnie kissing him, leading to a blissful wedding—until storks arrive, delivering a horde of bratty baby mice who unleash a whirlwind of mayhem. 😄 | Days Gone Disney

Mickey Mouse was started in 1928, this video was from 1932. This was a different era, imagine this today. En 1932, Walt Disney estrenó un cortometraje llamado Mickey’s Nightmare (La pesadilla de Mickey). La historia comienza con Mickey Mouse arrodillado junto a su cama, rezando antes de irse a dormir. No hubo polémica.

Saints & Catholic Faith ✝️ on Instagram: "Back in 1932, it was normal to see prayer on the screen — Mickey knelt, hands folded, blessing Minnie, Pluto, and ending with “I pray the Lord my soul to take.” Children heard the name of Jesus in cartoons, and faith was woven into everyday life. The world was simpler, softer, and Christ was not hidden. Today, children need Him more than ever. It’s time we bring Christ back into the story. Follow @saintly_vibes for more!"
