One of the most important commands for a dog to learn is the call to come, called the Recall Command. Turn this into a game to see who can get the dog to respond the fastest! Be sure to say your words clearly (dog’s name and “come!”). Clapping can help to focus your dog towards you as they see both movement and hear the sound. Once your dog arrives always praise them.
