I love doing back and shoulders together. A lot of people like to do push, pull, legs. The reason I don’t love that is because you do your chest and shoulders on the same day. By the time you get to shoulders, they’re already a little fatigued from doing a heavy chest press. It’s a lot of pressing back to back.
